 Services Cooperative. NOACSC is contracted with INFOhio to assist with the planning, development, management and support of a broad range of library services including our digital tools and databases, web sites and the SirsiDynix Integrated Library System
 (ILS). The ideal candidate possesses high energy, forward thinking, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; has experience with web design and development; is proficient with multiple programming languages and shell scripting; has good organization
 and time management skills to work on multiple projects with deadlines; can work both independently and collaboratively with team members; acts professionally; and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
