Over the years, the policy has been updated several times to reflect changes in the ways Ohio public libraries use the Internet. The policy change approved last week is the first revision since 2012, and addresses questions about extending OPLIN Internet connections to community locations outside the library premises.</div><div><br></div><div>Please note, when reviewing this policy, that we are not concerned with people who use a library's Wi-Fi from the parking lot, etc. The E-rate people consider this to be "ancillary" use of bandwidth and do not require that it be tracked or reported.</div><div><br></div><div><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div>Stephen Hedges</div><div>Director, Ohio Public Library Information Network</div><div>2323 W.
