public interface; participates in the selection, installation, and upgrade of ILS hardware and software and evaluates, diagnoses and resolves hardware and software problems; integrates third party products into the ILS and assists in the development and maintenance
of resources that are accessed remotely; provides ILS support and training to library staff; develops training and procedural manuals; creates and distributes customized reports; work requires the operation of a computer and peripheral equipment; works evening
and weekends as assigned and performs other duties as assigned.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

with knowledge of library applications and technologies; ability to logically troubleshoot system and application level issues; knowledge of available and emerging technologies and their application to library services; knowledge and experience with front-end
design (GUI) and usability, relational database querying (SQL), standard web programming languages (HTML, CSS, XLM, JavaScript), and other programming languages. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field required; a Master of Library
and Information Science is desirable. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
