The potentially costly component would be annual management software licenses. I just didn't buy the management software, and instead manage the config via cli. I was collecting session statistics via my firewall and syslogging, but that generated per-day use data. To get hourly sessions, I wrote a small script that checks the Juniper for sessions hourly, and disambiguates the library branch usage based on which AP the MAC is connected to.
