I rarely need to contact the company on the support side, but my own experience with their support has also been very positive. On top of that, I've spoken with a couple of other techs that have also contacted support for various reasons over the years and have never had one mention that they had a problem. Quite the opposite, in fact. What stands out most in memory is that at least one of the other techs I'm think of had specifically mentioned the positive experience with Faronics' support. that I would EVER use Reboot Restore again. Not only did I have many, many, many issues over the 2 or 3 year period (seemed a LOT longer) that I used it, their tech support was absolutely terrible. I normally don’t trash a company’s product but, this one
deserves it (again my opinion and mine alone). While I have had issues with Deep Freeze as well, their tech support has always been good for me. I has now been about 5 or so years since I switched back to DF so I suppose it is possible that Reboot Restore
has made a turn around but, I’m not ready to give them the benefit of the doubt yet. I know that Deep Freeze Ent is expensive but, I have been quite satisfied with not just the product but, with their support (which really is part of the product).
