What method are you using to access the account, PC or mobile? If you cannot get titles to borrow or view using a PC that has one browser, try an alternate browser to see if you get the same results (If using MS Edge Browser, try Google Chrome or Firefox). If this is a mobile device, and you haven't tried deleting the app and reinstalling it from the app store, that may also fix issues. Also, make sure the mobile OS is up-to-date, as well as the apps (same would apply to the PC). Check the browser for updates by clicking the "three dots/lines...>Help>About" area for each browser... these are some things that have helped fix issues I have had, hope it helps!
