<div dir="ltr">Most of the libraries I personally work with just make the Windows accessibility options easily and obviously accessible right on the desktop (that's been part of my standard patron config for many years, so they all get that config.) I also tend to use 24" LCDs, which seems to help older patrons and patrons with vision problems. I've set out high-visibility keyboards and trackballs before too. Basic stuff, for the most part. But if you're venturing further, my biggest lesson/comment is the simple and the obvious: Ask the <u>patrons</u> that are hearing-/visually-/mobility-/whatever- -impaired what would benefit them most and what they would like to use, how they would like to use it, and how best to arrange the physical space. Start from there.
