the new ECF version of the Form 472/BEAR application for reimbursement. Due to
the number of questions I’ve received regarding how to file the application,
I’ve created a step-by-step guide but also a webinar to walk you through the
process. The training is appropriate for both school and library ECF
applicants.<span> </span>In addition to BEAR, we will
also look at how to make Post-Commitment changes to your approved funding requests.<span> </span>This includes changing the make/model of
devices, changing service providers, and the invoicing method (SPI vs BEAR).</span></font></p><font size="2"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">
