In most cases, the “new user” named was a previous employee that USAC’s system erroneously reinstated into EPC without the Account Administrator’s authorization. These messages appear to be the result of a USAC IT glitch. USAC has notified us that they are working on a fix, but until that happens, the notifications may continue to go out. I will share information as it is received. In the meantime, I would suggest you leave the “new” accounts in the portal.<br><br>
