Thanks, guys. Have done that. DeepFreeze acknowledges this as a known issue with Windows 10. I even got to go on 8.64 ahead of schedule which did not fix the issue. 8.63 seems to be the update, according to DeepFreeze, that sparked this issue with Windows
10 H2.

Larry is correct, the thawing and running updates are crucial. We schedule regular updates.

I would also ensure that you are using the most up to date version of Deep Freeze.

Deep Freeze has recommended completely uninstalling Deep Freeze on OS upgrades to avoid some issues. I have had a couple of iMacs that I've had to rebuild after OS upgrades while only thawing the devices.
Subject: [OPLINTECH] Trouble with DeepFreeze

Has anyone else experienced the sporadic lockup of pcs using DeepFreeze? The machines will just randomly lockup while patrons are using them and must be rebooted each time. If you have experienced this and you have found a comparable replacement that you
would recommend from experience using it, that would be greatly appreciated. Running our public machines in a “thawed” state to avoid the issue is not an option for us.
