The Form 471 Window (the time to file for E-rate discounts based on your
 Form 470 bids) will begin on January 17 and run through <b>March 27</b>.

</li><li>OPLIN will be hosting Form 471 Training with Lorrie Germann next <b>Thursday, January 25</b>.  You can still sign up at <a href="https://events.library.ohio.gov/event/11751496">https://events.library.ohio.gov/event/11751496</a>.</li><li>The last day for filing a Form 470 
 for FY 2024 so as to allow its posting for at least 28 days before the close of the Form 471 application window is <b>February 28</b>.
