Is your library a Polaris, hosted-ILS library? Does staff use LEAP or the RDP server/client interface? We are a hosted Polaris library. Our clients lose connection, daily, and circulation staff is frustrated.</div>

I think we would eliminate the service interruptions using LEAP, but there is great resistance to learning a new system. If your library has the same setup and any experience moving to LEAP, I would appreciate feedback.</div>
