<p class="MsoNormal">We use TBS ScanEZ Stations as well. We do not charge patrons, but we do limit to 20 pages per job to curb it a little bit. We pay $0.16 per page faxed.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">On the backend, the TBS stations use <a href="https://www.srfax.com/">
SRFax</a> to do the actual sending. One “issue” we’ve had is the very occasional patron whose destination requests them to tell them fax number that they are sending from, and SRFax has a pool of numbers so we are not able to guarantee which number is used
for any given fax. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have never implemented faxing services for our patrons. There was a small-town grocery that offered the service near a few of our locations, so we would guide patrons to those grocery stores for faxing needs. We've heard that the grocery
is doing away with that service, and we get the question frequently enough that we want to figure out if this is a service we should add. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Right now, I'm in the research and budgeting phase. Trying to figure out what options exist and how much we should budget for this sort of project for next year. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I'm aware of online free faxing services. The workflow is far from easy, especially for less tech-savvy individuals. Getting physical paperwork scanned digitally, then uploading it to a website, is still a difficult workflow for many. <o:p></o:p></p>
