Some additional notes:</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The new calendar system not only gives you advanced options for repeating events and additional sorting options (taxonomies), but we can also color-code events for you. Color-coding can be applied to <b>one</b> vocabulary--that is to say, if users can select by more than one criteria (e.g., location, event type, age), then only one of those can be color-coded. If your library has more than one location, we recommend using that vocabulary as the one that is color-coded. If you would like to have this done for your calendar, please specify colors on the attached form and return to me.</span></li><li>Over the next several weeks, I will also be working on cleaning up the format of the new calendars a bit. This includes better color-coordination with your existing site and including the times on the calendar as well. We'll also be removing the column for the week number (if you don't want this removed, please let me know ASAP!). Note that regular work on website kits is resuming; this is simply an additional task we are including.</li><li>Some of you may already know, but to make an event show as "All day," simply make both the start and end time 12:00 AM.</li></ul><div>Thanks again to all of you for your patience, as we moved through this difficult migration.
