<div dir="ltr"><div><div>For the past several months, I've been periodically emailing you to remind you that the discount on the new templates ends on December 31st, 2024. <i>That's less than a month from now.</i></div><div><br></div><div>I wanted to remind you of some of the reasons your library <i>really</i> should consider the move:</div><div><ul><li>The new templates are significantly <b>more accessible</b>. Keep in mind that the<a href="https://www.ada.gov/resources/2024-03-08-web-rule/"> Department of Justice requirements</a> go into effect in January 2026. </li><li> New templates have a <b>built-in sitemap</b>, which also makes your content more findable for search engines like Google.</li><li> They also have a new function where you can<b> change the hours </b>without contacting OPLIN.</li><li>New templates also include <b>other functionalities</b> the old ones don't, such as an automatic search when someone tries to reach a page that is not there (404 error), cleaner status messages when you make changes, and the ability to reveal a password when logging in.</li><li>The ability to <b>natively import events</b> from WhoFi, Libcal, Communico or Library Market.</li><li>And, of course, <b>more modern designs</b> that are less dated-looking.</li></ul></div><div><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><b style="">We'll be keeping the cost of these at the promotional price point only until December 31st. </b> </span><font color="#cc0000" style=""><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">After that, the cost will go up.</span><b style="background-color:rgb(255,255,0)"> As long as we receive your order prior to the end of the year, the promotional pricing will apply.</b></font><div><div><br></div><div> Cost depends on which template a library chooses.</div><div><ul><li style="margin-left:15px">Conversion to Core or Hero templates: $360.00 (until December 31st; $540 after)</li><li style="margin-left:15px">Conversion to Core Plus or Hero Plus templates: $500 (until December 31st; $720 after)</li></ul><div style="text-align:center"><font size="4"><i>You can learn more about each template and their features here</i>: <a href="https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/webkit/templates" target="_blank">https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/webkit/templates</a></font></div></div><div><br></div><i><b>If you are interested in learning more about converting to and/or ordering one of the new templates, please contact me directly at <a href="mailto:laura@oplin.ohio.gov" target="_blank">laura@oplin.ohio.gov</a>. </b></i></div></div></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr">-- <br><b>Laura Solomon,  MCIW, MLS </b>(She/her)</div><div dir="ltr">
