I'm working on drafting a "how to" document that could sit at our circulation desk so that staff can look up common procedures (like registering a user, billing a user, using Enterprise catalog, etc). </div>

Does anyone have a similar document you use at your libraries? Does anyone know if SEO has already created this sort of document? I like the training videos they provide, but don't want staff to have to consult a video while assisting a patron. I found some

 very old documents for this, but couldn't find anything recent.</div>
