<p class="MsoNormal">Storytime Foundations is a new one-day in-person workshop built on the concepts shared at the Storytime Foundations Conference in Columbus in spring 2024. It is designed to help librarians and library workers build a strong foundation in
their storytime programming. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The workshop has been live-piloted at Dayton Metro Library and Cincinnati-Hamilton County PL and is being debuted on August 26 with open registration for any Ohio library worker. Seating will be limited.

<p class="MsoNormal">Ohio Ready to Read’s flagship offering is a popular, hands-on one-day workshop for new and seasoned library workers in children’s services and outreach. It’s great for anyone who plans and presents storytimes, and for anyone who wants to
learn how to help children get ready to read. Participants will learn how brain development impacts how young children learn, and will explore effective, research-based early literacy resources and activities.
