<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Your patrons with e-mail addresses are automatically brought into the Patron Point interface from WorkFlows. Each library will have a segment of all of their users. SEO staff can create additional segments
to limit lists to branch locations, age groups, county, date since last activity, and much more.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Newsletters<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Patron Point software allows you to create newsletters using a drag-and-drop interface. Your newsletters are branded for your location and can be updated at any time. If you are already using a product
for newsletters, the SEO team can import these uses to the Patron Point interface.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
