[SEO-Updates] SEO Important Announcement - WorkFlows Reports XML Viewing Issue

Greetings SEO Members,

We wanted to inform you of a recent Microsoft Windows update that has disabled Internet Explorer for security and compatibility reasons.

As a result, you will no longer be able to view WorkFlows Reports using XML stylesheets as you have in the past using Internet Explorer. To continue viewing these reports seamlessly, we recommend using Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer mode enabled or Microsoft Excel (if applicable).


  *   To continue using the browser to view XML reports such as the Holdshelf_Phonelist report, please follow the step-by-step instructions detailed in the knowledge base article below:
