    We just received this item (see attachments), and a few others (just bent, not mangled)  in our shipment today. We've only had this book since November 2020. It's a shame that it's been damaged this badly after only 4 circulations.

   </div>

    I know we are all busy, and can sometimes get in a hurry to do the shipment. Out of respect for other library's property, though, we should try to be more careful,. We often receive items that are bound too tightly, and books or AV items get broken, bent, warped, etc. Rubber bands only stretch so far.  :)
