and am ready to flip the system back on once their issue is resolved.<br>

We've detected a deliverability issue with our SMS carrier, and have temporarily halted sending text messages from the OPLIN SMS gateway. A troubleshooting ticket has been opened with the carrier.<br>
<br>
The OPLIN SMS gateway will still accept emails from libraries, but they'll be queued until the vendor gives the all clear to resume. The issue began yesterday (9/9). All impacted messages have been identified and will be resent by the OPLIN gateway.<br clear="all">
