<b>group range holds*</b> until after the transition to Priority Dispatch. Previously, only new holds were being converted, and older holds remained at the
<b>system range*</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The SEO Team took several factors into consideration while making this decision.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The number of items being received from transit is consistently less than what is being put into transit.<o:p></o:p></span></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level2 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">By limiting only new holds, we hoped to remedy this issue. However, the difference has been minimal.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">There are over 180,000 items in transit which is about three-times higher than the January-June 2021 average.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Only a small portion of the system range holds (3,500) have been filled since Monday.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
