<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Starting April 18, Priority Dispatch will begin the statewide delivery contract. Since February, SEO has implemented local holds (GROUP Range) to help the transition. The SEO staff thanks everyone for their
cooperation. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">SEO plans to keep holds at the GROUP range through April 22 to aid Priority Dispatch in catching up with the transited materials in the libraries. During this week, SEO staff will evaluate the Priority’s service
and will open holds to SYSTEM range again on Monday, April 25. However, if libraries are still reporting a large amounts of material to be picked up, we will continue to keep holds at the GROUP range through May 1.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
