<span style="font-size:12.0pt">The SEO Libraries App, known as BLUECloud Mobile, was initially developed through a partnership between SirsiDynix and SOLUS back in 2017. However, in March of 2023, we were surprised to learn that the partnership had actually
ended the previous year without any prior announcement. As a result, SirsiDynix has taken over full ownership of the source code and the responsibility for continued development.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt">We must admit that this news raised some concerns, especially considering the slow development progress we've observed with other SirsiDynix BLUECloud web-based Circulation and Cataloging modules. In response, we scheduled a meeting
with senior leaders of SirsiDynix to express our worries about their ability to handle the additional development of our beloved SEO Libraries App.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt">Following several discussions with both SOLUS and SirsiDynix regarding the future of their respective products, we have concluded that it is in the consortium's best interest to make a change. Consequently, we have formally requested
that SirsiDynix remove the BC Mobile product from our contract. Instead, we have decided to sign a contract with SOLUS to continue with their product offering.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
