<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">During this session the SEO Customer Support Team was asked about the purpose of the Permanent Item Checkbox in WorkFlows when using the Call Number & Item Maintenance wizard. This property is informational
only. No reports rely on it being updated nor are there any reports that will display the permanence of an item. Fast adds & ILLs are marked as not permanent by default and items added through the Call Number & Item Maintenance wizard is marked as permanent.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The team was asked about if we had a report in BLUEcloud Analytics (BcA) that showed checkouts at your library versus checkouts at other libraries. There currently is not a report that shows that, but the
BcA team is working on one. Once it is complete, we will post a message on the BcA Listserv.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
