<div role="presentation"><b>Issue Summary</b>: Users across the the SEO Library Consortium experienced widespread disconnects and a "failed communication" error when trying to log into SirsiDynix WorkFlows, driven by system load spikes exceeding 300. New connections
were blocked because the workstation socket server became halted while the workstation server remained running.</div>

SirsiDynix performed a "Halt and Run" (HIR) process, which safely restarted the necessary services and cleared out hung connections.</li><li style="font-family: "Century Gothic", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
System monitoring confirmed normal login functionality was restored for all users.</li></ul>
