Hi Paula,
We will be looking for someone who could represent the library in possibly serving as a leader in your region for helping organizations to send metadata (probably to OhioLINK) for them to aggregate as part of DPLA. Ideally, your representative would be someone who would be able to discuss the development of this new program and what your library's role would be. Metadata is part of it but more importantly we need someone who could potentially commit the organization to being part of a new project to develop a DPLA program in Ohio.  (We won't be asking for commitments at this meeting, of course).

Do you feel this meeting is more about the metadata than equipment?  I'm thinking yes, in which case our metadata librarian, Stephanie, should probably come but I want to be sure I'm on the right track.
