[Digihubsadmin] FW: SOA Poster - Digital Hubs

I know I won't be at SOA this year.  I did a poster session last year for Connecting to Collections and they had the posters in a smallish area.  My thought is that too many people would overwhelm both the poster and the area.

I know... we submitted it so long ago! Here is the link to conference information: http://www.ohioarchivists.org/annual_conference/  The schedule isn't out yet but they usually do posters some time in the morning. 

For the poster, I was just thinking we would take the photos from our presentation at OLC (maybe add some updates) and general info about the project. Then we are just there to answer questions. 

I don't think everyone needs to be there. In fact, it may be overwhelming if all of us are there around the poster since there are only about 50 people that tend to go to the poster session part of the conference. Is anyone already planning on attending SOA this year? I think 2-3 people is plenty.

Looks like it's at the OCLC Conference Center?

Do we just put some pics together on a poster and then hang around answering questions? Any specific time?
