All, 

As promised, here are details for our July 22nd meeting:

 

1.       Attendees. For the Steering Committee (which is the group meeting
on July 22nd), we are asking for one representative from each institution
(with a couple of exceptions for the State Library and OhioLINK). In order
to conduct a meeting with a reasonable number of people and for budgetary
reasons, we need to limit the number for the group. There will be plenty of
room for everyone to be involved in working groups that will be appointed
after the July 22nd meeting. The fall symposium will also be open to
everyone. Attached is the list of who I think representatives are; if I have
made a mistake or you want to switch someone, please let me know. 

 

2.       Lunch. RSVP to me with your choice for a box lunch by July 15,
2015.  A sandwich menu is attached. Also please let me know your choice of
chips or veggies. Lunch and afternoon snacks will be served. Please bring
your own coffee/breakfast.

 

3.       Agenda. The agenda for the meeting is attached. Our focus for the
meeting is to develop the survey, plan the symposium and select working
groups.

 

4.       Logistics. The meeting will be held 10 am to 4 pm at the State
Library of Ohio, 274 E. First Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43201 in Meeting Room D.

5.       DPLA Web site. The Web site at http://www.dplaohio.org/ contains
this meeting information as well as background about the project, a copy of
the grant proposal, etc.
