Shannon and I were also thinking that it may be easiest for them to email one person per group. So if you would like to designate someone from each of your groups and let Shannon and I know that would be great!

Subject: [DPLAgroup] Members for working groups

Thinking about the call for members for the working groups.  Should there perhaps be one message sent out to some of the key listservs, such as OPLIN, OhioDig, SOA, that provides a high level overview of the project, lists the six working groups, contacts for  their co-chairs and the charge?  The Advocacy Co-Chairs are ready to send out a message as soon as they receive the draft of the charge.  From the recipient standpoint it might be better to receive one email versus six.  Plus it might help the recipient decide which working group would be of greatest interest and "fit."

Just a thought.
