[DPLAsteering] Working Groups and DPLA Symposium

Good Morning:

A quick update on the symposium registration.  I registered all of the Steering Committee members.  Last week the Advocacy group reached out directly to institutions on the A-bucket list, approximately 2/3 have registered for the Symposium to date.  The general announcement will be released today to selective lists.

If members of your working group wish to attend the Symposium on December 3, they will need to register via the website at:  https://library.ohio.gov/event/dpla-symposium-slo/.  An alternative, which hasn't publicized, is that we will have call in capabilities during the morning sessions.  We are not publicizing because it will just be audio and those on the phone will not be able to ask questions.  But it will be an option for working group members who want to hear all or part of the symposium but cannot be here in person.

If Chairs could reach to their working group members about registering it would be appreciated.
