[DPLAsteering] Clarification on Wednesday DPLA meeting

All,
I apologize for the confusion regarding the plan for Wed. Dec. 2. After several conversations, it is clear that we want to have as much time with Emily and Amy as possible. Emily has planned for a presentation that will answer many of the questions on our list, so it makes sense to have her give the presentation first and then see what questions are left.

10-12:00 Emily's presentation and questions (Governance, Legal, Sustainability Working Groups)
12:00-1:00 Working lunch, more time for questions
1:00-2:00 Continue discussion either in large group or smaller groups depending on where the discussion goes. Since we only have Emily/Amy in for these two days, I would like us to be flexible and focus on what we need from them. That may be separate discussions or may be all together.
2:00-3:00 Prepare for symposium on Thursday
3:00-5:00 Steering Committee Meeting

The 10-2:00 discussions are focused around the questions asked by Governance, Legal and Sustainability. However, if you are co-chair of another working group and want to attend, please let me know and I will add you in for lunch. There is no requirement that co-chairs from other groups attend; we just wanted to let you know this is happening.
