The Tech/Infrastructure group is having a kick off meeting on 9/23, 11am-12pm using WebEx. Terry and I will cover 1 and 2 with the group and send monthly updates at the end of the month. Or should they be sent in advance of the monthly steering committee call? (BTW, did we miss August?)

Good afternoon-
Now that the Working Groups have been established, the Steering Committee co-chairs and the consultants have some specific things we would like you to do:
1) Please make one of your first group tasks a review of your charge -- the charges won't be finalized until the groups have had a chance to review and make suggestions. The current draft of the charges is attached.
2) Please make another of your first group tasks development of a general schedule of work that you plan to undertake between now and February.
3) Please share with this list (dplasteering at lists.oplin.org<mailto:dplasteering at lists.oplin.org>) information about any meetings, calls, etc. your group has scheduled.
4) Please put a reminder on your calendar to post status updates to this list at least once a month.
