[DPLAsteering] Google Doc for DPLA questions

I've set up a Google doc with the name "DPLA questions":

Anyone with this link should be able to open the document, so to keep some
control over the questions I'm only sending the link to the Steering
Committee.

Angela, if Emily identifies anyone at DPLA who should have access, we can
just send them this link.

If anything does not look right in the document -- change it!
