[DPLAsteering] Working group recommendations report

Please allow me to clarify something.  This is a draft report of the
recommendations.  We probably didn't officially accept the working group
recommendations although we discussed the reports. We can use tomorrow's
meeting to do amy final discussion and accept the recommendations.

Someone asked a out the name change and we can discuss that tomorrow.
