We welcome your feedback! Please add your thoughts as comments to the report.

We also wanted to mention an issue that's come up in our revisions of the report: how should we refer to the various levels of institutions? A, B, C, D was something I think we've all been using as a placeholder, but if we're looking toward these reports eventually being published (in some form), should we come to an agreement on new terms sooner, rather than later?
