Since we’re primarily referring to the “A” groups, we’ve used phrases like “initial participants” and “initial participating institutions.” Instead of hashing out terms for B-onward, it might be simpler for now to have terms for group “A” and group “Everybody Else.”

Katrina, when you discussed how we refer to the various levels of institutions, did the group have any suggestions? I didn't see anything in the report, but I may have scanned over it.

We welcome your feedback! Please add your thoughts as comments to the report. 

 

We also wanted to mention an issue that’s come up in our revisions of the report: how should we refer to the various levels of institutions? A, B, C, D was something I think we’ve all been using as a placeholder, but if we’re looking toward these reports eventually being published (in some form), should we come to an agreement on new terms sooner, rather than later?
