[DPLAsteering] PRELIMINARY AGENDA for 3/31 call

agenda will include:

--Discussion with Catherine Mitchell

--Identification of topics to be addressed by folks attending DPLAfest

--Comments about the next draft of the Working Group report recommendations
that haven't been made online-PLEASE JUST FOCUS ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS

--Other

   --OCLC pilot report-how to provide questions to send OCLC

   --Next steps on the report

   --Transitioning to new governance

FYI - we have a webex scheduled from 3-5 tomorrow, and the first hour will
be an opportunity to speak with Catherine Mitchell from CDL.  I spoke to her
a little at dinner about our efforts, and honestly, she's as interested in
asking us some questions as we may be of asking her.  Some background on
California - they have two institutions that are content hubs, and CDL is
currently in discussions of becoming a service hub.

 

Nathan, I'll try and log in a few minutes early to make sure our streaming
settings are good to go on our end.  For those looking to attend in person -
we are in room 136 in the 18th Ave Library.  (see the link).  This is a
conference room on the ground floor near the coffee shop.
