[DPLAsteering] Final Report Working Group recommendations

Please find attached the revised Final Report of the Working Group
Recommendations.  Per our discussion this report will be posted on the State
Library's website with links from the project website.  We will need to also
post the working group final reports on the State Library's website.  

 

In the minutes from the April 29th announcement of the availability of the
report will be made via:

--Tom will work with the Advocacy Working Group on a press release to be
sent to the listservs that we used for the symposium promotion.  This press
release can be modified and sent to the attendees of the symposium and those
that responded to the survey.

--Stephen, Missy, Angela, Jillian and Gwen will be responsible for handling
the distribution to the appropriate listservs and the symposium attendees
and the survey respondents.

 

Right now the working group reports are still in the Google Drive site.  Tom
and I are uncertain if these reports should be moved to the State Library
site along with the recommendations report.  If you want them to be included
along with the recommendation, there are several that haven't been cleaned
up.  Tom and I can do that, but we feel we need the Committee approval to do
that work.  Please let us know by Friday EOB.
