[NORWELD-YS] Exotic Zoo program

Hello,

I am looking for a second library to book a program with The Exotic Zoo on
Tuesday, June 16, 2026. We hope to book the program at 10:00 a.m.  I
need to find another library willing to book a program on the same day.
Please let me know if you are interested.

Here is information they sent about the cost:


*For each library booked on the same day, the cost of the show is $995.00
for the first hour and $195.00 for each additional hour. *

*A-La Carte*

   1. *Sloth - Can be added to your package for an additional $200.00.
   Attached are pictures.*



*For each library booked, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit, in the form of
a business check made payable to Exotic Zoo, is due to our mailing address
no later than 7 calendar days from the date your invoice is created. For
example, if your invoice is created on January 18th, then 7 calendar days
from January 18th is January 25th. The non-refundable deposit reserves your
date and time. In addition, it goes towards your full balance. The
remaining balance will be due upon arrival on the day of your scheduled
show in the form of a business check made payable to Exotic Zoo. *

*We were informed by the State of Ohio that it is illegal for zoos to bring
the following animals into the State of Ohio whether a zoo is based in Ohio
and/or crossed state lines: Alligator, Lynx, Monkey, and Snake. In lieu of
those four animals, we can bring the following animals: Emu, Red Ruffed
Lemur, Silver Fox, and a Lizard.*

*Where will the show be held? Please include the name of the venue or
library and complete address.*


*Do we have to utilize any stairs, steps, or elevator to get to the setup
location?*

*If the show is held outdoors and if there is inclement weather, do you
have a backup plan?*

*We will be in a commercial cargo van with a 20ft trailer attached to it.
We will need at least four car spaces for parking. We would like to park as
close as possible to where you will have us setup. We will move in/out of
our trailer a lot throughout the show. The trailer is climate controlled
and we will keep the exotic animals in the trailer until it is time to
exhibit the animals.*

*Once you book your show an invoice will be created and emailed to you.*
