[SOA] Council Update

Dear SOA Members,

I wanted to inform you that Mackensie Wittmer has resigned her 
position on SOA Council effective Nov 14, 2005.  Per our constitution, 
Council voted and Gwendolyn Mayer will serve out the remainder of the 
unexpired term.  Thank you Gwen for your willingness to serve!
