[SOA] Seeking Nominees for MAC Presidents' Award

Folks,
As the Ohio representative for the MAC Presidents' Award Committee, I write 
to ask for ideas for a nominee from Ohio for the 2008 Presidents Award. Do 
you have a name to suggest?

The purpose of the award is "to recognize significant contributions to the 
archival profession by individuals, institutions, and organizations not 
directly involved in archival work but knowledgeable about its purpose and 
value."

The deadline for submission is January 15th. I would like to identify a 
suitable person or group from Ohio by January 5th. For more information, 
see p. 13 of the MAC Newsletter for October 2007.

FYI, please recall that an Ohioan, Ada Woodson Adams, received the award at 
the MAC meeting in Columbus last spring. With your help, let's put forward 
another deserving Ohioan in 2008. Thanks for any help you can give.
