[SOA] Draft of the SOA Strategic Plan for review and comment

Hello all,
 
I am looking at Goal 1 and wonder what we will be using our quasi-endowment for? I am assuming it will be for improved programing, speakers fees, etc. I doubt anyone would contribute to it, if they didn't understand what the money would be used for.
