The House and Senate are concluding year-end negotiations over Fiscal Year 2012 spending levels. It is important if you care about funding for agencies such as the National Endowment for the Humanities and National Historical Publications & Records Commission, and Department of Education programs such as Teaching American History grants and Title VI/Fulbright-Hays International Education, that you contact your Members of Congress as soon as possible.
