[SOA] Call for photographs

Good news! It is almost time to celebrate 50 years of SOA! Hooray! But before we get started with the celebration, we need your help.

SOA is collecting photos for its 50th anniversary celebration, highlighting Ohio archives and archivists over the years. If you have photos from past SOA meetings, of something that happened at your archive, or of any of Ohio's amazing archivists, that you would like to see included, please send a digital file to Robin Heise at rheise at co.greene.oh.us<mailto:rheise at co.greene.oh.us> by Friday, May 11, 2018.

Photos will be included in a slideshow that will be running during the morning and lunch portions of the SOA Annual Meeting on Friday, May 18, 2018. Your submission should include a brief description (1-3 sentences), approximate date, and any other special or relevant information. By submitting your image, you are permitting SOA to use it for display and marketing purposes at the Annual Meeting, on the SOA website and social media accounts as well as in the Ohio Archivist.
