Learn about patron-accessible digitization service points from several different Ohio organizations, including how the service point operates, its intended user group, level of staff involvement and training involved, and more.

*         Jared Bendis, creative new media officer, The Freedman Center for Digital Scholarship, Kelvin Smith Library, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. This presentation outlines the various techniques, technologies, and capabilities available to our patrons both for self-service and as premium drop off.

*         Paula Clark, library assistant & Jay Miley, customer services manager, from Serving Every Ohioan (SEO) Library, Caldwell. The lab is a great place to revisit memories and make them come alive again.

Tours: Sorry no tours. Due to current construction underway to add more storage to the Ohio History Center Archives & Library, no behind-the-scenes tours will be offered following this meeting. We hope to offer these at future OhioDIG meetings once renovations are complete!
