DeeDee Baldwin is the History Research Librarian and liaison to the Honors College at Mississippi State University Libraries. She was the President of the Society of Mississippi Archivists at the time of their virtual conference, which was held virtually on April 17, 2020.

Rachel Ingold is the Curator for the History of Medicine Collections in the Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library at Duke University.  She was the 2020 Program Chair for the annual meeting of LAMPHHS (Librarians, Archivists, and Museum Professionals in the History of Health Sciences), which was held virtually on May 7-8, 2020.

Mary Rubin is the Archivist for University Archives at the University of Central Florida. She will be the Past President for the Society of Florida Archivists, which will hold virtual meetings in October 2020.
