The "Build America's Libraries Act" would provide $5 billion to libraries and archives for infrastructure improvements. Now that the bill has been introduced in both the Senate (S. 127<https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/senate-bill/127/text?r=3&s=1>) and the House (H.R. 1581<https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/1581?r=21&s=2>), it's time to build support for the legislation in Congress.
