We’re hiring a Head of Instruction and Research Services to direct the operations of the Instruction and Research Services Department at the University Libraries and manage the delivery of library reference and instructional services for the campus and community.  The ideal candidate will have strong outreach and communication skills; ability to establish relationships and work effectively with colleagues, students, faculty, and staff across campus; demonstrated commitment to serving a culturally diverse community and fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion; and strong instructional skills.
