[SOA] #AskAnArchivist Day - Weds Oct 12

Here at the Dominican Sisters of Peace we are doing 2 different Ask-An-Archivist Day events. We’re doing a display of archival supplies and tools, we have a crossword puzzle and word search using archival terminology and we’re giving Sisters the opportunity to ask as many questions (no matter how silly) either in person or via Zoom.

We’re also doing an archives roadshow event where the Sisters can bring items to see if they are appropriate for the archives and an annals workshop. Sisters are asked to write up a review of the previous year to submit to the archives, but we don’t get a lot of responses. This year we’re doing annals together in a 2-hour workshop as part of Archives Month. We hope it’s a huge success 😊
